Twilight Girls' Night

I know I am really slow getting this posted, but better late than never, huh?

A few weeks ago, a bunch of us girls went to see "Twilight".  The movie was not as good as the book, but I liked it.  I want to see it again! After the movie we went to eat at Jason's Deli. It was a great night with great company.    We are so lucky to be surrounded here in Louisville with so many wonderful friends.

We had a guy working at the restaurant take this picture, but he cut me out.  I was in the bottom right corner.

The Most Beautiful Sound

Here is a little video clip of Kaeson laughing last night.  He was laughing a lot harder before we got the camera out, but that's the way it always goes.  At least we caught some of it.  He is so cute! I can't figure out how to post it, so you will have to follow this link.  I hope it works.  I also couldn't figure how to upload it without the clip of Parker uploading too, so sorry.  That part is really boring.  I think the stuff with Kaeson starts like 50 seconds into the video.  If anybody knows how to upload video to the blog, please let me know!  I don't know why it won't let you click on it, but you can highlight it and then right click and then choose go to this address and it will take you there.

Pics of Kaeson

Kaeson is growing up so fast, and getting cuter every day. His hair continues to grow longer and longer!  I need to cut it, but I'm not going to! He is such a happy baby.  It is so easy to make him smile.  We are having so much fun watching his personality develop.  We went to the doctor on Wednesday for his 2 month check--a little late since he is almost 3 months now!  He weighed 12 lbs. 3 oz and was 23 1/2 inches long.   Here are a few pictures we have taken recently.

My mom bought him a bumbo chair as an early Christmas present, so we took some pictures of him in it.  He loves it!  He sat in it for 45 minutes straight the first day!

Here he is sucking his thumb--a habit that becomes more and more frequent every day.  I'm not sure how I feel about it, but he sure looks cute doing it!

These last 3 pictures were taken at my parents' house, so they are a little old, but so cute!

Cousins

Here are a few pictures from our trip home.  It was so nice to have Gina and her kids to hang out with while my parents were at work.  Parker and Hallie had so much fun together, and played really well together for the first little while, but the longer we were there, the more they started to torment each other!  It was always entertaining to watch them drive each other crazy!

We tried a few times to get a picture of all four kids, but as you can imagine, we never had much luck!  This was the best we could get.
Parker and Hallie were in the other room playing, and we heard Parker whining, but that happens a lot, so we didn't think much of it.  They were quiet for  a few minutes, so I went to check on them, and this is what I found!  Anytime Hallie sees somebody laying on their tummy, she thinks it is invitation to climb right on, but Parker wasn't loving it!
Kaeson and his cousin Peyton.  She was born one day after him.

Grandma and Grandpa

Me and the boys traveled cross country to Wyoming to spend two weeks with my parents.  We had a great trip and I am so glad we were able to go. It's always so nice to go back.  I'm pretty sure Star Valley is the greatest place on earth.

Parker LOVES his grandparents so much! We had just gotten off the plane last night and were on our way home from the airport, and already Parker asked to go to Grandma's house again! The kids are so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents!
Parker, Grandma, and Hallie, the day before we left.  Somehow, this is the only picture I ended up with of my mom and Parker.  I wish we had taken more.

Hallie loves to watch Barney on the computer before bed every night, and Parker gladly joined them.
Thanks for letting us come visit Grandma and Grandpa!  We love you.
